Located on the water next to Sea Star and Kon Tiki dock, Enkai Sushi Bar is your premier destination for innovative sushi and breathtaking views.  Owner, Steven Petchse, ensures the freshest fish, and personally tends our on- premise garden providing farm-to-table herbs and vegetables.  We provide a family-friendly atmosphere, with a variety of dishes.  Make sure to save room for our house-made sorbets and famous Tempura Fried Doughnuts!  After dinner hang out for a cocktail at the bar play darts, dice or beer pong all while enjoying a beautiful sunset.  Learn more about our catering and special events here.

Steven Petchse

EXECUTIVE CHEF/Owner

Steven is an avid Chicago Bears fan and has a passion for gardening.  He grew up in the food & beverage industry cooking alongside his mother.  He has been a part of the Enkai family for over four years, and has owned Enkai now for a little over a year.  If you are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box roll, Steven can whip up almost anything, ensuring it tastes as good as it looks! 

Daniel Alexander

Sous Chef

Daniel is our Asian fusion go-to guy and has been with the Enkai family for over a year now!  You can find Daniel rolling sushi, creating desserts and playing guitar on Sundays.  From his Tempura Hot Dog to his Steamed Mussels, his flavors are sure to entice your taste buds and leave you craving more.
