Steven is an avid Chicago Bears fan and has a passion for gardening.  He grew up in the food & beverage industry cooking alongside his mother.  He has been a part of the Enkai family for over four years, and has owned Enkai now for a little over a year.  If you are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box roll, Steven can whip up almost anything, ensuring it tastes as good as it looks!

Daniel is our Asian fusion go-to guy and has been with the Enkai family for over a year now!  You can find Daniel rolling sushi, creating desserts and playing guitar on Sundays.  From his Tempura Hot Dog to his Steamed Mussels, his flavors are sure to entice your taste buds and leave you craving more.
